5.5: Interlude 5: Axioma

This is a short response to a philosophical question that I am sure you have heard before but did not want to participate in the resulting discussion.

The Question

Can something be created from nothing?

My Answer

Well, if you think about it, there has only been one time when nothing was the natural state of the universe. This point in the past can be referred to as the time before Creation or the time before the Big Bang. During this point in time, everything was the proverbial nothing. The current state of reality is that there is always something around that is used to create something else. So, if you can weld the amount of energy or power that it took to form the universe then yes, you can make something out of nothing; otherwise, just stick to what you have at hand. Your imagination, thoughts, and ideas are strong enough to make universes of their own. Until next time, I am Nolan Ex Tenebris.
